When I was told my car service was complete the person at the cashier desk was out to lunch and I had to wait alone with 8 others lined up behind me 15 mins. To check out and pay management needs to step up and make sure this doesn't happen again I was not happy. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy said he didn'T know who that would be.... not a good answer...asked why I took my car to other dealerships to be serviced that would be a big reason..... Left very disappointed......

It would have been nice if the online scheduler account for vacations. I scheduled an appointment and came only to find out Brian was on vacation. I drove about 40 miles for nothing. I had to come back early next morning without appointment and so took longer to be seen. Brian has done tremendous service to my car and I trust only him at this point so that was the only thing that inconvenienced my experience. But other than that, all is well.

The man that took care of me was great. I have no complain. But i left my car there for 24 hours and i never got a call from them about my car when i got there at 11 tge next they told me that they never even looked at my car then i did the paper work anf had to wait 4 more hour just to get my car done and by the end i had to pay 800 dollars

I arrived to a long line of cars in the "appointment line" that had me waiting at the end of the driveway. I thogh it was gonna be a long day. Todd walked up and was welcoming and since I had an appointment he gave me prompt attention. I felt my car was in good hands. Text updates were helpful and let me know my car isn't just sitting there, not being serviced (which has happened years ago...). Shuttle Service was prompt and the drivers were courteous. It was helpful that Todd called me with a progress report. He was thorough in explaining my car's current and potential issues. It's good to be informed of these issues before they potential become huge issues. Shuttle pickup was convenient since I went to the Great Mall. Service at the payment desk was easy and they radioed the drivers to bring my car. Todd did a final in-person follow up with me to explain my cars issues. Todd knows his stuff about cars and service. Thanks also to the techicians in the shop for their service. Keep it up Piercey. Thanks!
