When I first got there the service was great. When I went to pick it up I went to the cashier center got my papers and the cashier told me to wait outside and my car would be brought to me. I waited there no one brought me my car. Then I gave someone my papers and he gave them to someone else and then he went to go look and waved his hand at me to come and get my own car! I have never been to a service where they did not wash your car, it didn't matter how clean or dirty the car was. Overall it was just bad customer service no communication there at all.
