My concern is with the 'Porter'at the beginning of the service process. She and I had sort of a clash when I bought my car in for service this Thursday. Over the years I have put up with her 'bullying' tactics toward me and others . This Thursday I was in no mood for it and she and I tangled a bit verbally. She simply ordered me around as if I were trash and there was no reason for it. Her reasons for it ,according to her, were she was over worked and under paid. Someone in authority needs to help her with her lack of customer service skills. The other staff there (rental staff/service advisor)handled customer service well for me.
