Based on previous great experience with Miguel, when I started having an stalling issue late last week, I called Miguel specifically to set up an appointment. Although he would not be working over the weekend, he offered to set up a weekend appointment for me to take care of the issue, but I preferred to wait until Monday when he would be there. He came out to greet me as I pulled up, and we went over the issues - intermittent low idle and stalling as well as noise from the AC Blower Fan. I waited and he kept me informed of the progress. I was out of there within 3-1/2 hours. Excellent service once again. Thanks!

I told the service advisor that there is a security key in the comparment on the left side of the driver.
They try to call at 10.45 informing us that my car is not starting. my son talled him about the security key after that they started car and do the service. Again they did not added notes on paper work so when I came to pick up my car the guy could not able to start and he was using jumper start. Also now I see the sign of no o/d in the car. Before it was not. Also they did not check the car that front door passenger side window can not open. They have not noted on paper work because they did not check. Also on the last time service some of the recommendations are not necessary at all but it was recommended. Over all I was not impressed the services provided.
