I have always enjoyed taking my car to Piercey Toyota but this past experience was not good. I have never felt the need to leave negative feedback about anyone or any business but Hong Ly did not do her job as service advisor. I had a different service advisor explain the papers showing my brakes in the red because I was concerned. That service advisor was just as shocked no one explained anything to me before I went to cashier. When I return, I will ask for him and never want Hong Ly as advisor ever again.
