Winston Wong was great. Brake fluid was not topped off but Kevin Bettancourt said this is normal. Wait was so short that I was surprised tech got every thing done. Not even time to get donut.

Too much wait: - I waited about 45 minutes for a ride from the shop to work - My car was promised to be done by 10h10. - I was expecting a call when my car is done and I requested to get the shuttle pick me up and bring me to Pierce after 11. - I waited for a call until 12 Noon. When I did not get a call, I called Pierce main service line around 12h03 and they confirmed that my car was done. - My Pierce repair agent called me at 12h50 to let me know that my car is done. That is 2 hours after my car was promised and 1 hour after I had confirmation that my car was done. - I picked up my car at 2PM. This made me have to miss several meeting appointments at work. For all the above reasons, I can rate this as the worse experience at Pierce Toyota.

It was great of Miguel Lopez to offer to drop off the "service return mileage/date" sticker in my mailbox via one of the delivery drivers after i found it missing from my windshield post-service. It saves me the drive back during a very busy week.

Look for the extended version on yelp/google when I have a chance to get it all down. The cliff notes are that this was by far my best experience with Toyota EVER. I used to go to Stevens creek Toyota and even started my day with an appointment there. After waiting a considerable amount of time for a service rep to even acknowledge my presence, Stevens creek had such miserable customer service that I ended up cancelling my appointment and driving off thinking Jiffy Lube would have been a better choice. Luckily, I remembered Piercey Toyota was on my way to work so I rolled the dice. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by a friendly service employee who introduced me to Todd. I explained my service needs to Todd and asked if it would take more than a day (mind you I didn't have an appointment). Todd made an extra special effort to show me the Piercey Toyota family love. I felt so personally taken care of by Todd that it really made my day...week for that matter. Customer satisfaction is number one importance when choosing a long term relationship with a car dealership and I finally found it here. Thank you so much for the absolute best service I've ever had. Walter Yamamoto helped me get the oil consumption test started on my 2008 Scion xb. We'll see how see how this problem plays out. This is my 2nd time around with the oil loss issue. Wonder if Toyota is going to take care of me like the 1st time.
