I had a simple oil change and then they did the regular check lists. They made some recommendations on some things that needed some attention,. I brought it to my mechanic and he showed me that half of what they said needed to be changed was not necessary and also when my mechanic opened the hood he saw a alot of dried leaves that had collected inn the corners and was wondering why the Toyota dealers when they were doing the inspections on my car did not remove the dried leaves which is one of the recommendation s that was said to me that needed my attention. I was disappointed to learn that the extra details that Toyota had is slowly going away because they just want to get the job done and people moving....

We had been waiting for a part that had been ordered for our highlander and when we didn't hear from piercey we called. The parts department said that the part had been there for about a week and didn't know why we hadn't been contacted to bring our car in. If we hadn't called we would still been waiting.

A young greeter when I pulled in, he just demands to bring my back window down. I was a bit shocked for him not say "please". And i made a comment of saying wow is that the way you greet clients without "please"? His response was, thank you. I just ignored it, because he walked off laughing at my comment. The greeter was tall, light skinned, fairly new to the job i guess because this is the first time i see him in your service area.
