While I do like the service I received at Piercy, I didn't see the reason for the huge price quote. I was quoted both $249 and $683. That's a huge difference. My husband did not agree with the cost for what services were being offered for the larger fee. When I searched online the services that were quoted to me were priced much lower and no one had ever heard of such a large amount for the services offered. Also I tried calling the cashier to make a payment and was disconnected, called back and left a message and she never bothered to return my call. This is the first time I am disappointed in Piercy Toyota. But the good thing was being able to receive text messages about the updates and services. I was very busy at work so this allowed me to continue working without being interrupted and respond to the service man without disrupting my day.

The only thing I would recommend is that if people are not properly trained to a certain task,please don't let them take over someone else's job. The person I'm referring to is responsible for making appointment. He doesn't know how to handle transaction when it comes to reward points(earned through my Toyota credit card). I had to wait 20 min for the cashier ( she's on lunch break accdg.to him). Proper training is needed please.
