Really a genuinely nice guy! I usually don't like going to this location. Most employees are rude and pushy, which I'm fully aware is due to commission earnings. Only complaint was the wait, which was not Phil's fault. I had an appointment for 8:00 am, showed-up 5 minutes early, and the car was not ready until almost 3 hours later. Service done was multi-point inspection, oil change, and wheel alignment.

Until I met Brian and dropped my car everything good - got a drop till home
When I got message mentioning thank you service I understood car must be ready for pick up .... but didn't received any call ... I kept on calling from my side for couple of hours and could manage to talk with Brian only once where he confirmed shuttle service should arrive shortly , but that was not the case...I kept on calling to get shuttle service and waiting on hold for almost 40 mins ...finally after 2 hours of long wait got shuttle service which helped ...after that got immediate call Brian too apologizing for the inconvenience caused
