Raymond Nunez is very professional and excellent in customer service . Since knowing him in Piercy Toyota- I am convince of going back to him to help service my other Toyota cars. However, I was disappointed when Toyota refuse to replace my defective sun visor which keeps on falling since I bought the car.

However, I did notice that both my car's headlights (low beam) were out after the service. The service was great, and how fast they completed the work was unreal. Dropped it off for an overnight, and it was done that day. My only complaint is they didn't wash the truck. Forget the drought, its gone. Paid over 30,000 cash when I bought it in 2011, and you couldn't even wash it. Not going above and beyond for a loyal customer. I might be picky, but I've been in customer service my whole life. Next time, please wash my truck.
