Arrived about 10am Friday morning left 5pm in the non-appointment line I sat in line in the car for almost 90min waiting to speak to someone on an oil change for my 2003 Sequoia. Just about to leave and flagged down Miguel and asked on whats the process? I told him I understood that I didnt have an appointment and was ready to come back another day. He had me come in and started processing my oil change. I asked him about what other items I needed and if he could print them out for me again. He mentioned that it was on my last visit invoice and that was it. I then asked about my other vehicle in which the quote was much higher than my last visit inquiry - I asked why the high cost? Labor, parts etc..... "Sorry I didnt buy it" He's friendly however entered my thoughts I questioned his sincerity. I "WAS" a 20 years long time loyal Piercy Toyota customer driving 15 miles in traffic when 2 miles was Capitol Toyota. Also, at the end of day I watched my vehicle leave the garage and drive around the back about 340pm. Thinking it was complete but after a "un-closed document" issue waited another 80 min before I asked Miguel the status. I left at 5pm and again rush hour traffic. I did not have a nice day!
