I was referred by Patty Hannegan to work with Ed Leiske a few years ago and I was delighted, pleased, and a hugely happy customer. Since Ed left, I have dealt with several service agents (both of whom were super people and very kind), but the actual service is ridiculous. I made an appointment for yesterday, May 9 at noon for service (making the appointment was difficult because I had to call twice, go online once, and finally ask to speak to someone in person). I arrived early but had to wait at least 10 minutes before someone would come and talk to me. I asked one of the may people sitting at their desks (looking and then turning away from me) and one kindly said I needed to wait for a porter. Well, there was a man running around trying to help people (who turned out to be the porter). He placed a piece of paper on my car and Jason came out very shortly to help me. Jason was great! He tried to help me the best he could but I had to wait for almost 3 hours for a simple maintenance and smog certificate. Kind of crazy! I missed picking my child up at school and was frustrated with all of you. I had to wait in line (with 4 other people to pay) as well. Something is different, Ken. Please, let me know if or how I may help get the customer service back to where it was when Ed was with you. Thanks so much for listening!

Ended up paying for services that were not needed to fulfill the warranty requirements. I agreed to this, so cannot blame you guys too much. But afterwards I realized they were not needed. So the total bill ended up 675 instead of the 200 I now realize was all that was needed. Next time, I will ask what is needed to comply with the warranty. Lesson learned.

I never heard from from a service advisor. I had to call the service department to get the status of my service. When I picked up my vehicle I asked if my service advisor was in and was told he didn't work on Saturday. So I never got a chance to speak with a service advisor.
