Hong Ly was great but 2 things made me uncomfortable. My rear bumper was damaged in a hit and run. It's severely taped up with duct tape until I could afford to fix it. A technician yelled out loud as soon as he saw it, "Woah! Look at that bumper!" It was embarrassing. Everyone else was very professional. Secondly after the work was done my car smelled of body oder which lingered all evening.
