I had to spend too much for what I thought was going to be an oil change. The price of a tire rotation and balancing was unreasonable. I decided to go with the work because my service technician went the extra step to find and offer me a 10% discount. I am likely to take my service business elsewhere, not because of the technician who was great, but because of the exorbitant prices you charge.

maybe the car its ok. but customer service is very frustrating, how can a staff tells you the the shuttle is free when you verbalized frustrations because i waited for an hour just to receive a call to pick me up from Greatmall. Free service or not you should not rub it in... you put the service whether for free or not still for the convenience of your client,,,, adding insult to injury is when i talk to Christopher, since the shuttle has been late to ready the car when i get there but he needs to ask someone (Chinese looking Guy) to bring out the Car. and this guy did not even call the attention of the owner for the car key, i asked for the car key where he put it and he just said its in your car?? i hope he has the decency to hand over the key and not just leave inside the car the was hidden under the GPS..i can not compose myself properly not because of frustrations..... i wish you can call me ****-****-xxxx

It gave me great satisfaction that I got to see Christopher walking out to the service area to check on the status of my vehicle. It's wonderful that customers get to see what's actually happening in the service area. At the other Toyota dealerships my car goes in the back somewhere, something happens (or not, don't really know either way) to it and then it appears in the front again.
