Everything went well, except for I got declined a request to check for a suspension abnormal crunching noise, even though I had an appointment and brought up the issue when scheduling appointment.

Dexter always takes good care of me and my car. He insured that the detailers thoroughly cleaned my car. They did a great job. What I don't like is trying to get help from the Serviice Department in general over the phone and via your website. I also find the automated text messages to be annoying and misleading.

Mike Tran was helpful and courteous. However, the guy named Jose who pulled my car after the service put my van's gear into park while the car hasn't come to a full stop yet, it happened in front of me while I was waiting for my car outside the lobby of the service area. I heard my made a clunk and saw it shook back and forth. That is not acceptable as it might damage the transmission, and because of this I will never be coming for your service. The manager was helpful as he gave his card to me when I told aboit the incident but I just dont think I can trust my other cars to them. Jose is still part of the service dept and he should have been trained properly.
