Hong Ly's communication skills are very bad. Period. This was the third time I brought my car to the dealership for the same issue and for no fault of mine. Hong tells me that it was my fault to plug in the third party device (metromile gadget - which I was using without any problems for 1yr in my Prius) and made it sound like the dealership is really doing me a favor. She made stuff up /lies to avoid answering questions or so as to make me stop asking questions. For what: she says the device was not plugged in the previous 2 times I brought the car to dealership - which I can prove to be wrong - cos my metromile app clearly shows the location and time when my car was at the dealership. Her explanations for the behavior of the issue seen with my car are really crazy - they contradict each other and and not really Technical. She has poor knowledge upon the subject matter. Completely dissatisfied with the servixe advisor Hong Ly. I don't have any other issues with the dealership - my past experiences (as well as service advisors) have been great.
