Got to Piercey toyota at 10:47 for an 11am appointment. I was told the oil change would take 1.5 hours so I thought ok I can wait. Paperwork said it would be ready at 12:30. I asked at 1pm if my truck was ready and my rep said no but they should be finishing it up soon.
I thought to myself last time it took longer than expected because they washed my truck.
I got an email at 1:21 that my truck was ready so I paid and went outside only to find my truck had not been washed. I was going to ask about the wash inside but I was in a rush to go to work.

I brought the van in at 11:40 with appointment for 60k service. The van apparently was ready earlier but Raymond was out to lunch. I waited until 14:30 to inquire about my van from another service advisor who told me that the van was ready but Raymond was out to lunch. This process is not acceptable and needs to be modified to have a backup advisor when one is out to break.

The advisor doesn't write down what we complained about problems of my car until we get a car and talked with technician to find out a car problem not to be solved because work order didn't show a complain?? I have to wait more time for this stupid things!! More than 4 hours...to complete maintenance services.

The representative was very nice and easy to work with. The service was to rotate tires and check fluid levels and I had an appt. I was there almost 2 hours, which is excessive. This is not the representatives issue. It is a management issue, likely over booking the service dept. The service is excellent, the wait is not.
