I missed two appointments because of communication issues with your system. My car was not ready when I was told and your shuttle service forgot about me at pick up. I am getting excuses that don't correspond to text message timestamps on my phone. I am at the point where I need new dealership that is closer to my home, and that can honor warranty on the car.

I had to wait 15 minutes after arriving even though I had made appointment. It took more than 2 hours for Oil change only. Hopefully these 2 issues will be improved.
