I also have purchased my Toyota's from Piercey. I have been a customer ever since their First Street days. That being said, I am always impressed and treated as family when I come here for any of my Toyota needs. This last service was on August 1 and it was my 17 year old Sienna. It just runs and runs because of the service it receives. On Tuesday my service advisor was Hong. Very professional and easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. I dropped off my Sienna and later that morning I received a call informing me of some issues that my old van has. I was not happy to hear everything that was wrong. At first it was like ok, yeah, right. Anyways I put my trust in her and told her to proceed. I have to admit I was worried about all that work. Fast forward to when I picked up the Sienna (the car i drove all my children home from the hospital when they were born.). She took the time to talk to me and I checked out and paid. Excellent service at the cashiers desk as well BTW. So I drove home and WOW, all the noise in my car was gone. And the engine accelerated normally without hesitation !! In the morning I was crying over a very reasonable cost. (cause I have kids in college and paying tuition) to the afternoon, where my Sienna drove like a new van. I mean WOW, I could not believe it !! Money well spent !! The service group always takes care of me, so I should not be surprised. Hong did an exceptional job handling and servicing my car and backed up her knowledge. The Sienna is proof enough. I recommend this place to have your car serviced. I cant say enough about Hong and Kevin the service manager.. Talk to Christina if you need a rental car. She can hook you up with one as well. I rent around 8 times a year for my long road trips, and her cars are always clean and well kept. Also if you need to purchase a Toyota, look Tak up and I guarantee he will hook you up with the best price in the area. It is almost time for my next purchase and I will be seeing him soon. I am very satisfied !!
