Was quoted an inaccurate wait time, off by about 2-3 hours. It feels like the service advisor was trying to use that time quote so I would go away, seeming surprised that I agreed with his quote. I made arrangements for a pick up that was unnecessary.Then after telling him my mileage off the top of my head, which was 14,000 miles, he tried to charge me for the service despite being under the 20,00 mile point. I had to remind him it should be a free service per my contract. Honesty is a better business practice that I suggest you emphasize to your employees to try. I won’t be coming back to this dealership again.
