When I purchased the truck with extended warranty from you guys I was told it was bumper to bumper, I found out today it wasn’t. I told them the problem and the code it was reading and what I was hearing and paid 170 for you to tell me the same thing back. You guys said the tech couldn’t hear the noise but as he drove the truck up I could hear it and pointed it out to the guy driving my truck and was totally ignored. Very unsatisfied with the whole dealership on the purchase of the truck and the service from service department
