Ms. Lewis Was not very professional everything else was more important to her than what I was asking I specifically asked for an oriole change and for them to inspect under my vehicle because I heard a knocking noise and she did not even notate that I needed it inspected on top of the fact that I didn’t even know my vehicle was finished because Miss Lewis was speaking to another associate And didn’t even try to come look for me to let me know my vehicle was finished..
She gets very distracted

Ms Lewis welcomed me with a smile while helping a service employee close an order, answering the heavy call volume and entering information into the computer. And never making me fill as I didn’t matter. After the end of my stay she went and move my car closer so I wouldn’t have to walk so far. You may wonder why would she do that! I am 72 years old and after sitting in the lobby for as long as I did my legs dld not move as well. That jester warmed my heart. You should value an employee like Ms. Lewis. I would hire her as my assistant if I was still working. Why not hire additional help to hel at that desk even just part time so as not to loose Ms. Lewis. You don’t find workers like Ms. Lewis .
