For starters I brought my car in for routine maintenance before my trip to San Diego. I was up sold from oil change to spark plugs and valve adjustment. On my way to SD I started smelling oil. On the way home I was spilling so much oil that I had to get a tow from AAA. I had to miss a few hours Monday as a follow up and had to Uber to you facility. On my way in I was told a tech can't look at it until 8. Overall it was fixed but you cost me extra money and time with friends and family which is more valuable than money.

I feel like when they did the recall they should have dusted in there before, also, there is a sarach on the left side of the door
Also, i didn't like thay was no service people there when we got there.Also, they a little blue mark on the black part of car wead the trim is.It dodnt seem like it got washed either.I had so many questions, and the staff there wasn't able to help me.Also, I wish thete is water available for customers

Was originally told it would be 1.5 hour wait for oil change, with my appointment. Decided to wait and was pleasantly surprised then they informed me that they were able to move some stuff around and I’d be done in under and hour. Was in and out in 45 minutes. Not bad but definitely will not return on a weekend.

Staff was all pleasant but I made an appt for 9am for an oil change and tire rotation. They ended up only doing the oil change and said tires were already in best position. Took 2.5 hours! I don't understand why, with an appt it took 2.5 hours to do just an oil change.
