Jesse was awesome, quick, and very professional!

This is not ulises fault. My oil pan was stripped by a technician at Diamond Valley Honda about a year ago. After waiting in the lobby for several hours a young man at the service desk informed me that he was sorry to tell me but that the technician stripped it and that I would have to buy a new oul pan which would cost me around $500. So I went in for a 40.00 oil change and was given the bad news. I’ve always taken my car to the Honda dealer for my oil changes and routine maintenance. He told me the news at sround 5:00pm and left me hanging. Because they were about to close the mechanic put s temporary plug in and I came back to he next day and the manager apologized for what happened and promised he’d take care of it and that he’d make things right. He asked me to leave my car overnight and provided me with a free rental car and he’d have me car fixed for free and that he’d even throw in a free synthetic oil change for the trouble he put me through. The manager of the dealership assured me that the oil pan was fixed and that I’d not thad any further issues issues with it. Here I am a few months later at Diamond Valley Honda trying to get an oil change and I’m being told my oil is leaking badly and that I need to purchase a new oil pan. The oil pan is not a wearable part. The pan got stripped by Diamond Valley Honda and diamond Balley Honda should pay for what they damaged on my car. No other dealership will agree to service my car because of what your technician did. I cannot afford to pay for him his kind repair, which is the direct result of a careless mechanic who used power tools to change my oil and or over tighten the drain bolt. I’m tired of this entire fiasco. You guys will need to take responsibility for causing this to happen and pay for the fix because I don’t have time for this to happen. If things don’t get resolved I’m going to file s formal complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Industry and I will let everyone how bad you all are. I’m really upset over this and it feels like you all are taking advantage of me and you think you are getting over on me. I need this issue resolved by you guys ASAP. I don’t have time for this issue again!!!

Justin was very polite, friendly and got us in and out very fast, made sure our questions were answered and made us feel very welcomed. Getting that type of experience on the front end gives me the feeling my car is getting the same outstanding service on the back end... five stars for Justin!

Time managment. Was told my simple oil change would take about an hour and no longer than a hour 15. My promised time was 1045 at 1110 walked up and as soon as I did the paperwork came up saying the car was done. Then wait 15 minutes for them to bring the car to the front. Disclaimer: I did not have an appointment.

they told us 1 1/2 hrs, we were still waiting after 2 hrs. So I went to ask how long! It was ready & they didn't let us know! It was ready for quite a while. Lack of communication I guess!

Jesse got my civic in earlier than appointment time and got it out unless than an hour and got it washed as well . I will Always bring my civic here for service.
