I have used your dealership for random service on multiple vehicles. However this last service with Justin was unforgivable. He was rude, and eventually I figured out why I didn’t like him. He was too self centered to be a respectable service member. He talked as if he made the rules and only HE could help us and only HE could answer our questions and go only to HIM. Promises to “discount” the price and does us a HUGE favor by lowering the price $12 as if he deserves a medal. It was just an insult to the circumstance. Absolutely terriable. I would never recommend your dealership for service.. and honestly if that’s how he was in that department I’d hate to meet the sales reps. The more and more I think of his transaction the angrier I get. Not to mention the icing on the cake... after paying for the vehicle he doesn’t give us our keys. Magically leaves and when we come back in, ticket isn’t closed out. (We paid cash by the way..) and other team members can’t find the ticket or car and I have to show them my receipt to allow them to find the car. They then tell us our transaction wasn’t entered in the system and had to add it by the receipt we held in our hand... odd? The whole transaction sounded shady. Considering this was a Honda dealership and not a small shop I’d expect more quality customer service. I personally worked in a family owned dealership in Tennessee. I can promise you that treatment wouldn’t fly. And.. when we promised customers a discount.. especially when they expressed difficulty paying or not having the funds to fix there vehicle, we’d only promise to lower the price if we could do so. And if we did, it would be significant. Not $12 He knew better. I don’t know if he makes commission on service deals or just likes to brag that his car needs work too so we should be grateful that it’s not as bad as his car repair (which he told us by the way.. when he said his car needs high repair costs too) but don’t make promises to customers if you can’t deliver. It was a sad situation we were in, but he could have treated us with more respect. At the end of the day we are all people.

My driver side rim was damaged and was not told. I had to figure it out once i got home and looked at my vehicle. Where is the integrity of your employees? Im upset and very dissatisfied with this service.

Found a scratch next to my driver door I didnt realize it until I got home but it waant there before today

While staff is always wonderful, the alarm guy was unavailable. We have had trouble with the electrical from the beginning and it was not covered by the extra coverage we purchased when we bought it - we believe the alarm issues to be related to that electrical issue that has left us without the safety of interior lights.
