The biggest complaint I have is that the whole time I was there not once the service advisor that I had the appointment with came to talk with me. Even when the ready time was 30mins late. I found out that my car was ready by seeing my keys on the board. And when I contacted my advisor to get my car he seemed that he didn’t have time or was too busy. This to me is completely unprofessional. I’m actually considering taking both my Honda’s to the dealer I bought them from which is in Corona.
