Justin was professional and understanding, and with some prompting, my car appears to be finally fixed after having the same problem looked at on three previous visits only to be told there wasn’t a problem. Though the service reps are all polite I do find them rather condescending; my husband is shocked at the way I am spoken to as compared to the manner in which he is treated by the same men. Is the attitude I experienced because I am a senior citizen? Because I am small in stature? Or, do these men think I know nothing because I’m female? In any event, these men need to be made more aware that rolling their eyes, not listening, looking at each other and shrugging their shoulders, and interrupting a women while she is trying to explain what is wrong with her expensive car is no way to earn a positive review.
