The representatives at the desk were great. They were funny and knew their jobs. I was expecting the hard sell on additional maintenance and was happy that that didn’t happen.
Overall, I left pretty happy so your primary goal as a business was a success.
Some tips: I trusted that was I was asked to sign and initial had to do with fixing my car. I was incorrect. The initials were to greenlight Honda robocalling me and other toxic corporate behavior. So in that way you’ve lost trust with me. If I do receive a robocall or a papermail advertisement, I’ll do a one star yelp review with the facts. So that’s up to you.
They lost my car for 35 minutes. It was funny and not something that would ever happen In my business but it’s something you can solve to not happen to others.
Again, it was overall a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Terrible service. We purchased a car and received some accessories and had to get a few things fixed. It too 2 months for anyone to start doing anything. We were told someone would be calling us and never received a phone call. Finally after pushing to talk to a manager and complaining they finally did something. Never recommending this place service department is terrible!
