Honestly the guy who helps me out was the same person I spoke to on the phone... over the phone he was super nice and helpful until I mentioned the rental car then he started wothvthis stand-off lie attitude when I went to take my car in He really did not communicate and was kind of rude and only whenI asked questions respond to anything that is going on but with attitude. When I think of Honda I think of the helpful Honda guys so I was really expecting my experience to be pleasant and it was anything but that
