Noise coming from steering rack is still there but I didn't have time to wait but will reschedule for more diagnostics. Pickup after "repairs" all dash lights on. Had to wait for reprogramming. The panel under steering wheel not attached properly. Had to return to service dept for the 2nd time after pickup. Very Very frustrating. Martine was an amazing service advisor and took a ride with me after the 2nd return

Not satisfied first I took my automobile for service Jesse di not ask me for my number he just said ok we call u Tomorrow Saturday I waited for his call I call saturday right before 3pm nobody answer on call sales department a lady answer and I ask her for an update on my vehicle she said let me check I think there close let me check I'll call u back nothing waited for 10 min I call back another person this time a gentleman answer he told me the same thing I'll call u back I said I need to pick up my car today I need it for work tomorrow Sunday he said I'll caulk u back did not received a call from nether one I miss work I lost money for the day and the company game me points becase I was absent call back on Monday and I was told they had the old number in file when I call for the appointment I gave the lady my number because she Tex me back with the confirmation of the appointment when Jesse said to me we call u tomorrow he should it ask me is the number in file the same me thinking the lady of the appointment updated the information in the system now today Tuesday when I go pick up my vehicle I get charge $169 dollars just for the diagnosis on my vehicle and my car is all dirty my car was there 4 days not even a wash as a courtesy sorry but not coming back to diamond Honda of Hemet.

The service department did make a mistake today trying to tell me that my 2 back tires are bad when in fact I went to my tire shop today and they inspected my tires and told me that there is Nothing wrong with my tires.
