Pia was my service agent and set my appointment for a specific time only for me to show up and cancel my appointment because she forgot it was a holiday. I let her know I was calling the dealership at her extension and she stated that she forgot to give me a call back to confirm the cancellation. She rescheduled my appointment and did not alert me the time of said appointment. Overall experience was very confusing and not very pleasant.

Immediately drove it home and noticed the problem right away. Regenerative breaking paddle ( left side ) needed to be clicked at least seven times for it to activate 1 notch out of 4 for any regenerative breaking.
Car created sound ( a thudding, sputter sound ) that car was brought in for. When the 40 miles ev was able to be used, it’s easily recreated when it’s first tuned on with no electric miles, prioritizing just the engine. First left hand turn was noticeable right away.
