I drove back and forth 2 times today to get my front passenger tire that had a nail in it replaced. That never happened, instead my rear passenger tire was replaced which is incorrect. I still have my front passenger tire with a nail in it and it’s marked yellow by your technicians. Maybe replace my front passenger tire free of charge now? Not sure what is going on with the technicians at DVH. I’ve never had crazy issues like this before.

Waited over two hours for oil and tire rotation. I wasn’t notified when my car was finished. My filters needed to be changed and didn’t know until I left dealership. I’m not happy with the Service.
