I had free oil change and had yo pay due to car still has 30% when noi purchased car I was never told oil percentage had to be 15% to get my free oil change

Every time I go in for service, I respectfully ask for a car wash. Despite the fact I have to wait for hours to get my vehicle serviced. My vehicle doesn't end up getting washed towards the end and I'm not about to wait another two hours to get it washed. This is not the first time it's happened.

My car was deemed to be in good condition base on the multi-point inspection + I had the oil changed. The car is 27 years old and still running really well. I bought it new at Diamond Valley Honda, and have maintained service on it through Diamond Valley. I had a customer service experience that was very positive.
