Only thing I would suggest when someone comes in the door to pick up their vehicle acknowledge right away would be nice. When I entered no one said anything, all four of the ladies at the counter were busy but someone needs to acknowledge the customer when they enter I was literally standing there and waiting and the lady closest to me finally acknowledged me after about 4-5 minutes and said to wait a minute and only after my bf came back a few minutes later and I said our loud to him Iim still waiting to pick up my vehicle no one has helped me is when another lady acknowledged me and said how can she help me.
