I didn’t feel comfortable out in the garage while they had cars up on lifts working on them. It was dirty, drafty and loud. I like dropping my keys inside the service area and picking up there. It felt very unprofessional having me walk out in the garage.

Actually I was a little irritated because I set up an appointment at1030 am and was told they had a rush. I had to wait till almost 1pm to get in my vehicle. I could not understand why they were backed up with clients? Unless they took in unscheduled clients.

This was not the issue of the lady we dealt with and they were very accommodating in setting up the appointment last minute. The problem is that I told them the tire had a leak in it based on going flat overnight. Despite that and being very specific on what tire it was, they stated they couldn't find the leak. It went flat again and not being able to make the 3 hour round trip drive to bring it in again, we had it fixed locally and they found the small hole. It is disappointing that your technician didn't take the extra time to find it and save us a lot of hassle and extra expense.

I got an oil change and the multi point inspection with no additional services. It was an hour and half from 11:30-1. There seemed to be a scheduling conflict between to many services during lunch hour.
