The service representatives were very courteous. However, I was told on the phone that this would be an hour and a half. My wife took the car there and they said 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Almost 5 hours later she got the car and came home. This was an epic failure on your part especially since it was my wife who had to sit around and wait and not me.

I am on vacation from Texas. My maintenance light came on for a tire rotation. Your whole team was great in assisting me! I believe it was Christine who answered the phone and worked me in. Jamal was great at getting me checked in and understanding my needs. Taylor was great at keeping me up to date and back on the road in only one hour.
