Before I left I noticed the tire pressure light on, went in to talk to someone about it and they said it was probably the sensor and they could schedule a test. As soon as I left I went to get gas and thought my tire looked low so I immediately checked the pressure on all tires and they were all low but one on air. My tire pressure sensor light went off instantly. This was directly after getting a full survive oil change and tire rotation. Less than 5 minutes of leaving the Toyota service department. I also had to take one hubcap off to even get the air hose on because the hub cap was to close to where you connect the hose. Not the happiest on the service, Taylor was amazing though!

Good team effort...Kim was able to get me rescheduled quickly..as I had a trip I had to take.....and after i arrived Taylor ushered me through the doors and got the truck checked in...
The she showed me where George keeps the chocolate chip cookies.......and George and I entertained each other quite well....lol

Kim was very professional and addressed my concerns promptly. I would recommend Kim to anyone as a service professional.
However, service technicians made a mess in my car and did not relay it to me. I found the situation and relayed it to Kim who went out of his way to reconcile the situation after hours. My personal belongings and documents were ruined, and had I not said anything, I don’t think anyone would have openly admitted to the wrongdoing.

The electronic notification system was not completely explained to me and I did not see the place to approve the suggested item so ai responded to the message. I felt like Emily was annoyed by it all. She was not super friendly like Taylor always is! I figured it out and should be fine using it next time.

I would have been more satisfied if someone had called me on Monday to say the part had not come on. As it was, I had to call to find out my auto's status. More communication with the customer is what I feel is needed. Customer satisfaction is paramount to repeat business.
