Every time I've been to pill meter Toyota they've messed up something.. they always say they're going to wash my truck and they never do. Today they were supposed to flush my transmission they only changed the oil so it messed up the whole schedule to pick me up from work and we had to wait extra longer to get the transmission done these guys are not very professional

I didn’t feel comfortable out in the garage while they had cars up on lifts working on them. It was dirty, drafty and loud. I like dropping my keys inside the service area and picking up there. It felt very unprofessional having me walk out in the garage.

Actually I was a little irritated because I set up an appointment at1030 am and was told they had a rush. I had to wait till almost 1pm to get in my vehicle. I could not understand why they were backed up with clients? Unless they took in unscheduled clients.
