Customer service was awful. I pulled up to the bay with the open door. 4 employees were standing around doing nothing but they looked at me and looked away. So I went to walk in and they shut the shop door in my face. Then finally one of them walked out and pointed at the other bay. Other than that it was fine.

Apparently, my gold service package expired approximately 2000 miles before I came in today. No one at any point in time, during my scheduling of the maintenance, or during my last visit prior due to an accident, mentioned my package was expiring. The representative today told me how much I owed, and I politely pointed out my gold package should cover it. The representative placed the paper on the desk, circled my mileage and circled the mileage my gold package expired and just glared at me. Then proceeded to tell me about a $400 service recommended to be done - that YOU guys outsourced to another vendor in town just a couple months ago. I have been a long time loyal customer of Phil Meador. I have referred multiple friends and family to you for purchasing and servicing needs of vehicles over the last 8 years. I will no longer be doing that and I cannot in good conscience use your service department in the future. I absolutely did nothing to deserve to be treated like I was today. If your service rep came and got me, and started the conversation with me”it looks like your gold package expired” this would have been a very different outcome. You had the information in front of you- I did not.

The service team did a fantastic job on my taco today but their are two things that could of been improved on. 1. My dash had dust on it from what was most likely my air duct being blown out. 2. My blower motor was making a sound that was caused by a leaf being inside of it that a service technician happily removed for me.
Those two things aren't a huge deal but some customers may think differently if it had happened with someone else. Regardless I am happy with my service.
