I had a terrible experience with Susan from the outset where at the beginning she would not honor a valid legitimate coupon from Bay Ridge Honda on your website with respect to synthetic oil which was clearly listed in black-and-white. Anthony was a real gentleman and as the service manager, he stated that I was right and he honored the coupon When I went back outside of Anthony’s office to the waiting room Susan made a point of approaching me and attacking me with words stating “the next time you come back here do not ask for me”. Other customers of Bay Ridge Honda heard that and they were aghast that she would treat a customer with such a complete lack of respect. Two people approached me after and told me they had similar experiences with her and they gave me their cell phone numbers as witnesses to what had occurred.. I later went to the Bay Ridge Honda executive office and filed a formal complaint with Ryan this afternoon. Ryan was extremely helpful. He grabbed his jacket and said that he was going right over there to the service department following my conversation with him. no customer should ever be treated like I was treated today in any way manner or form. It’s not unacceptable but it’s completely inexcusable.
