Edwin was great. He was very responsive and always communicated with me. The problem was that when I picked up my car after a costly repair, I had to bring it back because the problem wasn't fixed which was very inconvenient. But I was given a credit for future repairs which was ok. I would have rather gotten my last bill reduced.

Li was great, very attentive and he took the time to explain ever single thing, providing updates about the maintenance process. I said I was not completely satisfied is because one of the main reason I took the car to the dealer is because the AC is not working. I understand it is a long process but I left with no definitive diagnose. Li was also acommodating and nice enough to leave a note to schedule an appointment to bring a car again to figure it out and hopefully fix the AC. There was nothing wrong with Li, all the contrary, I’m just frustrated that I couldn’t fix the issue today
