Edwin was wonderful. He took his time to listen to my concerns and explain how they were addressed. But my car was dirty on the outside when I brought it in and owning several new vehicles, a courtesy wash was always offered by other companies. Not saying a full detail service but a quick outside wash would go along way. Something to adjust within your service especially when people are spending money on the vehicle and the service provided.
