Was too busy to give me a quote for generic parts. Told me he would call back in an hour. Want to make a sale you may want to focus on the customer in front of you. You should never tell a customer your to busy to take care of them.

Service adviser is fine -- truly. The car is 1 month old, has a serious mechanical defect(appears to be in reverse gear with back camera engaged but is in neutral and rolls freely), and the best the dealer can offer is a rental while the car is diagnosed and hopefully fixed. Disappointing.
