Your costs are far, far too high. I had many more things I wished to get done with my car, but your presses are too prohibitive. Seriously, how can you charge $300 for an oil change!

I assume the service was as proposed. However, the attitude of Kacie, the service writer was less than welcoming. It is unacceptable to call women “girls” but even more insulting to indicate that an older person does not have the ability to read a report on the computer (phone in this case) and it was indicated that as a truth by Kacie. In the future I request someone other than that young lady as my service writer.

I do not think a call will make this better. I’m disappointed that we are treated with hostility. My mom was asked today ‘Why are you here? I thought you left?’ Meaning we are getting service somewhere else. Today confirmed you do not want us to bring our cars or purchase our next car from you.

I had a coupon for a lower price on an oil change and tire rotation.
She could not use the coupon because I didn’t want my tires rotated. I have a second set of rims and tires I will switch myself.
So I had to pay a higher price because I didn’t want my tire rotated? Ridiculous.
Also I told her about multiple issues with the “brains?” Of the car.
It fails to lock doors sometimes, even when the setting is there, loses the time zone, won’t open the tail gate with the foot movement, charges settings locking doors, unlocking back doors is a comedy show, taking 4-5 tries to get into the back seat. Sometimes the door unlock from the drivers door unlocks everything, sometimes not.
She said the new cars have to much tech.
I actually agree.
Not disappointed so much in the service rep as I am with the vehicle.
I’ve grown to regret the purchase.

I am not unsatisfied the service changed the cabin filter. The problem was I came because a mouse got in. I believe it got chopped by the car fan air system and it is still there and still smells. It would have been better if after the filter was changed and the mouse not found to provide an estimate for going in and finding it. Since that didn't happen I will go someplace else for the estimate.
