Well I have to see if the repair was what was causing the problem. But my experience overall with the service representative,Kacie, was very good. She answered a lot of questions from me in a timely and succinct manner.

I both a new CRV hybrid 06/05/26 with a LoJack, LoJack app on iPhone states I need to make appointment to get it installed, 06/12 Kacie said it was installed and it will take 2 hours to work, as of today 06/13/26 the LoJack app says I need to make an appointment as the LoJack activation is needed. I’m very very disappointed. I’m considering of cancelling the LoJack and maintenance service that I added when I purchased the vehicle
