Chris is an excellent manager. I really enjoy working with him, and I would give him the highest possible rating.
However, I have a lot of concerns about the service department. I still have the squeaking noise coming from the front wheel, and I also don’t know who I should contact regarding the tire and wheel warranty.
When I came in with a punctured tire, the service staff simply swapped the front and rear wheels and told me everything was fine. Apparently, they expected the tire to somehow fix itself. That’s completely ridiculous.
In the end, I had to pay out of pocket to replace the tire myself. I would like to cancel this so-called tire and wheel warranty because it has been completely useless, but I don’t know who I should contact about it.

Every time I opt for free warranty services, I get pressured into accepting additional services that they claim are important—though I’m not convinced that’s true. How can they know something needs replacing before they’ve even inspected it? This is the second time the car’s interior was left dirty; there were handprints from the mechanics on the door, and today the windshield was filthy—it looked like it had been wiped down with a dirty rag. Furthermore, when the mechanic handed me the keys, I didn't see him remove the protective plastic from the seat, and he had been sitting in the white interior wearing his work uniform. I didn't receive a video inspection, and my tires have uneven pressure, even though the report states they are all the same. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service.

There should be complete walk through given to the customer upon finishing the service and the technician should be able to explain and show what was done to the car in terms of service. Giving you a small example the handover sheet showed all 4 wheels had 35 psi air but the system showed 33 in back amdn34nin front wheels.

I had a terrible experience when I arrived at the dealership . They asked for Tony Perez, but he informed me that he was already finished. Then, I paid for a service promotion, and my car was done without even getting washed.

I brought in my vehicle for a recall fix. I was happy with the intake, and rental vehicle. However, prior to sending out the vehicle for painting, I asked the service representative if they could follow up with a quote for an additional area to be painted which did not occur. The car came back like new (paint) and cleaned on the inside. I just wish I could've used this opportunity to get the missing paint applied. Also, there was some confusion because my car was also serviced (oil change, transmission flush, and tire rotation) but was delayed exit because it took a while to confirm if the work had been done or not. I also did not receive the checklist that I usually get regarding the multi-point inspection. Minor details but, an otherwise positive experience.
