1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change? Nobody updated me and I only received the inspection report with the message that the car is ready. Of the time it took 10-15 was due to waiting for Brittney to check me out because she was busy with other customers. Like nobody else could check me out? No flexibility…… When I mentioned my dissatisfaction with Brittney she got snippy/unprofssional very quickly. No clue about customer service.

I am satisfied with the work done on my vehicle and the service personnel. I do feel that you are way too expensive for basic services. Oil change and tire rotation is $35 more than what the Chevy dealer charges to do the same for my full size truck. I am irritated at quotes to replace air filter and cabin air filter for $135+ when I dis it myself in less than 5 minutes and for around $50.
