I was shocked there is a charge for swapping out the wipers. Seems rather petty considering my investment in Hyundai. Add on the most expensive warranty and yet a charge for a 2min service. O’Reillys around the corner installed them without a question or purchase. I suggest you rethink this policy, is $32 that important? Your service department is very good. I know I was frowned on for **** about this. It’s not their fault.

**** smith refuses to fix the paint issue and z05 recall they are not participating in recall - I bought the car there brand new in 2016 and every time I take it back for anything I get excuses- worst car deal of my life and worst dealer and service dept as well - I will never buy another car there and I recommend everyone else not to go there either - and by the way I’ve been trying to get that paint issue resolved for 3 years driving around in a ghetto looking car - bad paint from Hyundai

Your estimate emailed did not include your diagnostic charge. The total was much higher than the estimate. That is just wrong. I also bought a service plan which I was told would cover me bumper to bumper When I needed it the engine part was not covered. I feel I was lied to regarding the service plan. Well the lady at the desk was rude as if i didn't matter.As for the service I think it was wrong that I was never give a wheel lock, and i haven't had the car 1month yet.Never got 1 and the service guy act as if it was my fault and didn't do a check sheet but sent me 1 as if he did,than put the spare on than put the lug with the lock back on. That shows that he was rushing and if I would have gotten the wheel lock when I got the car I would not have had this problem. But oh it my faul.
