I arrived at 11am for a 11:15 appt I was left standing beside my car for 25 min in the cold until someone showed to tell me I could wait inside i didn’t here anything till I went looking at 2:30, all that was done was a tire rotation as indicated on the one page summery. Service went well. The only complaint I have is that the system never confirmed my appointment and when I called no one answered the phone so I left a message. And still no one called to confirm my appointment nor did I get an email or text but other than that everything went great.
