I wanted to purchase my new tires from Bob Tyler so they would remain part of my scheduled maintenance. Greg did a very good job communicating with me and providing quotes for my new tires. He was also very responsive with scheduling my appointment & arranging for a rental car. I did not request a revised quote when I realized the final quote was for the previous/outdated version of the tire. I was under the impression that the difference between the two tires was minimal, unfortunately the price was significantly more expensive. The savings from purchasing the tires from another store would have offset the inconvenience of having to schedule 2 separate maintenance appointments for my truck. I am pleased with Greg as my service representative and the tires I purchased, but I will be more diligent in my research before I make another large maintenance decision.

I was met by Meghan White (Service Writer) a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. She was friendly, outgoing and to the point about my scheduled service. Meghan had already reviewed my vehicle service history and knew why I was there. We discussed the 5K service and the Toyota Recall that I wanted done. She verified everything was available for the recall and discussed the time involved. She wanted to ensure I was prepared to wait for the service and that I wouldn’t be inconvenienced in any way. I assured her waiting wouldn’t be an issue. The several hours passed by quickly. The waiting area is comfortable, spacious and has a number of amenities. Meghan notified me when my vehicle was ready and took me to the cashier while she pulled my vehicle around to the pickup area. She verified I had my key fob, all of my service paperwork and wanted to make sure that all of my questions were thoroughly answered. I found Meghan to be conscientious, concerned and very thorough. She’s an excellent ambassador for the ‘Bob Tyler Brand!’ Thank you to the entire Bob Tyler Team!
