She was very thorough when explaining everything and very patient with me when I would ask how much time I should expect was left to wait. The service done to the vehicle took some time, (8-9 hours), but I was more than willing to wait for the excellent service. After driving my vehicle around a bit and feeling the difference, I am left very satisfied with the entire experience.
